We're working hard with our delivery partners to meet the timeframes set out below, however the global pandemic is occasionally causing delays beyond our control. We provide online tracking when your order is on its way (for orders over £20), but we appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer than anticipated to reach you at the present time.
For orders under £75, standard delivery is £5 and it's free for orders over £75. Delivery takes up to five working days. Orders under £50 are sent via Royal Mail, orders over £50 are sent via UPS. All the services we use are tracked and fully insured.
Delivery to European countries costs £10, delivery takes five to seven working days. For larger or heavier items, additional charges may apply. We'll contact you with a quote for shipping if this is the case.
Delivery to all other countries starts at £10 and is charged at cost. A quotation will be provided when your order is received and an electronic invoice sent. If you do not accept the cost of shipping, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Delivery takes seven to ten working days.
Large Item Delivery
Orders including any item(s) marked ‘Large Item’ such as furniture, mirrors or floor lamps will be £25, with delivery in five to seven working days in the UK.
International Large Item Delivery is £50 and takes 10-14 working days.
As soon as your order is dispatched, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

We want you to be delighted with your online purchases. If for any reason you’re not, you can return items to us for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you let us know within 14 days of receiving them, and that you return them to us within 14 days in resaleable condition. Fragrance and candles can only returned if they are returned unopened and in their original packaging. Please remember that the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them, so we strongly recommend that you use a tracked, insured and signed for courier service.

PLEASE NOTE: if the value of goods returned causes your total order value to fall below our threshold for free delivery, our standard £5 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
We take great care when packing and delivering your goods. If they reach you in less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as you can (and no later than 14 days after delivery) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
