Delivery & Returns

UK DELIVERY
UK delivery costs £5 and takes three to five working days.  All the delivery services we use are tracked and fully insured.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Delivery to European countries costs £10 and takes up to seven working days.  Additional local Duty and VAT charges may be payable by the recipient and are beyond our control.  These will be calculated and notified by the local customs office and must be paid prior to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery to all other countries is £20 and takes up to ten working days.  Additional local Duty and VAT charges may be payable by the recipient and are beyond our control.  These will be calculated and notified by the local customs office and must be paid prior to delivery.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION AND TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, confirmation with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

BREAKAGES 
Breakages must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Please email photos of the broken item(s) along with the packaging it was received in to help@catesbys.co.uk.  We regret we’re unable to accept claims for broken items later than this.

RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return items to us for a refund. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, then return them to us within the next 14 days in original saleable condition.  Fragrance, candles and books will only be accepted if they are returned unopened and sealed in their original packaging.  Please print and enclose your original order confirmation with your return.  Original delivery charges are non-refundable and the cost of return postage is at the customer’s expense.  Goods remain your responsibility until we receive them and we strongly recommend that you use a tracked, insured and signed for courier service.
